Life coaching is a partnership between us. A life coach is someone who helps you identify your goals and roadblocks and then works with you to develop an actionable plan to achieve and overcome them. The goal of our partnership is for you to maximize your potential and attain your desired results.
Coaching is a process. Some people create change for themselves in a short period of time, but to refine and sustain the goals you seek it may take several months. There is no preferred or expected timetable for life coaching. Each partnership has its own timeline.
As your coach, I cannot guarantee results. I can only work with you to create a different framework and mindset to achieve different results. I will encourage you to experiment with your approaches to various aspects of your life.
Your success depends largely on how open you are to change, as well as how you conduct your life, how you feel, and what you do based on our sessions.
